Double Chocolate Protein Balls:
8 pitted dates
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1 scoop chocolate whey protein
2 tbsps coconut flour
2 tbsps oat flour
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup coconut oil
2 tbsps cacao powder
1 tbsp granulated stevia
1. Combine first four ingredients in a food processor and mix until all ingredients have combined
2. Pour oat flour and chia seeds and kneed into the mixture until combined. If mixture is too dry, add a tbsp of water at a time until it’s properly moist.
3. Roll the mixture into balls and place in freezer for an hour. If it is sticky then try coating your hands with a bit of coconut oil to prevent the mixture from sticking.
4. After the balls have been in the freezer for at least an hour, quickly roll one ball at a time into chocolate coating and place on a plate with baking paper.
